Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform preventative maintenance on conveyor systems and respond to repair requests in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine preventive maintenance on automated equipment, conveyors, robotics, and control systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Monitor and maintain PLC-controlled systems, sensors, and automated machinery.
Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in compliance with company standards.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to restore operations quickly.
Essential Skills
Experience in preventive maintenance and conveyor maintenance.
Proficiency in lock out tag out (LOTO) procedures.
Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repair skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to perform preventative maintenance on conveyor systems.
Experience in replacing rollers and belts on conveyors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
