Job Description:
Executes comprehensive pediatric echocardiography and vascular access support when required.
Participates in quality assurance and improvement initiatives for IAC. Manages time and equipment effectively and efficiently.
Works collaboratively as a supportive team member to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
Demonstrates patient-focused, compassionate behavior.
Communicates effectively with team members, physicians, patients, and families.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Basic ECG/EKG knowledge
• BLS upon hire (RQI within 30 days of hire) and quarterly credentialing utilizing Resuscitation Quality Improvement program (RQI) [Required]
• Must be able to read, write legibly, and perform basic mathematic skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Basic computer skills and knowledge
Education:
• Associate [Preferred]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• in Echocardiography or Diagnostic Medical Sonography
Work Experience:
• 5+ years’ experience in adult echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography and stress echocardiography [Required]
• Pediatric echocardiography experience strongly [Preferred]
Additional Information:

Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) [Required] OR
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) [Required] OR
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) [Required] OR
• Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) [Required] AND
• Basic Life Support (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:
$31.55 - $58.69
