Levin Furniture LLC Online Sales Support Administrator in Oakwood Village, Ohio

Online Sales Support

Location: Oakwood Store | Schedule: (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm or Tuesday - Saturday - 8:30am - 5pm, will vary, Sunday as needed)

Rate: $16.00/hr.

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to support our online sales team. This role ensures accurate order processing, payment handling, fraud investigation, and top-tier customer service via phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and process online orders

  • Handle payments, refunds, account reconciliation, and financial reporting

  • Investigate and resolve fraud and order discrepancies

  • Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email

  • Schedule deliveries and service appointments

  • Maintain accurate records and provide clerical support

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred

Additional Info:

  • May require occasional travel to store locations

  • Must be able to sit for long periods and use standard office equipment
