Naylor Building Partnerships Condominium Operations Manager in Oakville, Ontario
Naylor Building Partnerships is currently seeking a Condominium Operations Manager to support our Residential HVAC Service department. As the Condominium Operations Manager, you will specialize in working with property managers, management companies and aiding with in-suite services in the condominium market. This role requires flexibility to travel throughout the GTHA.

Duties:
Manage service level commitments and ensure operating teams deliver in accordance with established procedures for assigned portfolios.
Attend start up meeting to ensure that delivery of in-suite services adheres to Naylor Standards.
Assist in scheduling annual/bi-annual in-suite inspections.
Promptly address customer inquiries to maintain long-term relationships.
Assist sales team with the development and growth of business within the residential market.
Conduct site visits and equipment surveys for prospective clients.
Participate in sales events, tradeshows and board meetings as required.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years industry experience, OLCM or RCM designation preferred
Proficiency in MS Office
Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record
