Job Description
Client is seeking two ServiceNow developers to support HRSD, GRC, SAM modules, custom applications, and Knowledge Management as part of their Back-to-Box initiative. These roles will focus on implementing standard ServiceNow capabilities, building custom apps when needed, and minimizing unnecessary customizations.

Skills and Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• CSA and CAD certifications
• Strong knowledge of request and case management across ITSM or HRSD
• Experience working in agile delivery teams
• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely • Experience with HRSD or GRC (IRM / TPRM) implementations
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM)
• ServiceNow certifications in HRSD, GRC: IRM, or TPRM
• Understanding of ITSM catalog item structure
• Experience with Knowledge Base (KB) and Article management
• Ability to assist with user story review, requirement clarification, and UAT testing
