Insight Global Cloud Project Manager in Oakdale, Minnesota
Job Description
• Manage the stand-up and implementation ’lift n shift’ of clients baseCAMP CLOUD, current state of planning/scoping, to product launch w/ related services and internal processes.
• Using Aha! for stakeholder visibility, develop project, milestones w/ timelines, internal and external bc CLOUD documentation for project/product handoff.
o Assign project tasks w/ related deadlines and manage project backlog as needed to achieve project goals
o Project completed after knowledge transfer (w/ doc. & process flow) to Customer Care.
• Assess the existing IT infrastructure, business infrastructure, including customers products and related applications for cloud readiness and development, in order to prepare internal and external documentation for baseCAMP CLOUD.
o Adhere to cybersecurity framework NIST CSF 2.0 for customers baseCAMP CLOUD
Identify, scope and documents differences in b/t ISO 27001 and NIST CSF 2.0
Set ISO 27001compliance project targets
• Collaborate with customers development team, Finance, IT operations(’MSP) and customer stakeholders to define project requirements, service selection and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Author and assemble procedures, required documentation and information collection/use of, but not limited, library’s cybersecurity posture, IT requirements, required configuration information and potential obligations (SLAs,SLOs).

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience in cloud technology implementation
Strong technical project management experience
Hands-on experience with cloud hosting deployments, migrations, and IT refresh initiatives
Expertise in cybersecurity assessments and compliance initiatives
Strong working knowledge of NIST CSF 2.0
Experience working with ISO 27001 compliance efforts
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud-hosted services
Experience with Microsoft Azure (single-tenant & multi-tenant)
Strong documentation skills (procedures, process flows, compliance artifacts)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity
