ManpowerGroup Planner / Scheduler IV in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois

Our client, a leader in the infrastructure and project management industry, is seeking a Planner / Scheduler IV to join their team. As a Planner / Scheduler IV, you will be part of the Project Controls Department supporting project planning and cost control teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Planner / Scheduler IV

Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL

What's the Job?

  • Create and update project schedules using advanced scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project

  • Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling conflicts to ensure timely delivery

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and project efficiency

  • Document scheduling activities and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders

  • Support project cost control activities, including building project budgets and forecasts

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in scheduling or project management roles, with large turnkey projects

  • Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, with experience in Primavera P6 + SAP

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Experience leading project planning and cost control functions on complex projects
