ManpowerGroup Planner / Scheduler IV in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois
Our client, a leader in the infrastructure and project management industry, is seeking a Planner / Scheduler IV to join their team. As a Planner / Scheduler IV, you will be part of the Project Controls Department supporting project planning and cost control teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Create and update project schedules using advanced scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project
Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling conflicts to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and project efficiency
Document scheduling activities and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
Support project cost control activities, including building project budgets and forecasts
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in scheduling or project management roles, with large turnkey projects
Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, with experience in Primavera P6 + SAP
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience leading project planning and cost control functions on complex projects
