Benefits: * Competitive Compensation * Commissions * Guaranteed $22-$26 * Monthly Bonuses * Paid Vacations * 6 Paid Holidays * 5 Paid Sick Days * Medical Benefits * Complimentary Eyewear * Family Discounts Responsibilities: * Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions, and fit and adapt lenses and frames, to include, but not limited to, the following: * Utilize optical prescription in conjunction with the patient's visual requirements. * Recommend specific lenses and lens coatings to suit patient needs. * Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with prescriptions and patient needs. * Perform appropriate optical-related measurements. * Provide appropriate guidance to patients regarding Managed Vision Care. * Assist with ensuring each store is effectively merchandised. Skills: * Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results. * Experience and proven results with a retail or customer service establishment. * Ability to provide enthusiastic and concise communication to meet/exceed patient expectations. * Attention to detail and follow-up * Experience with computers. Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience, typically achieved with 1-2 years in a retail environment.
