Adecco is assisting one of their top clients to fill a Dealer Development role in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
This Dealer Development role is paying $25-32/hr.
The Dealer Development Associate supports efforts to strengthen and grow its national dealer network. This role assists in the processing of dealer actions and ensuring the maintenance of accurate company files and documentation, as well as generating letters and communications to the dealer network within the Central Region.
• Support the processing of dealer actions-including relocations, terminations, ownership updates, and new dealer proposals-in accordance with HMA and GMA policies and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate dealer development files, documentation, logs, and reporting databases.
• Analyze, and report key dealer metrics including sales performance, service retention, customer experience results, and basic financial indicators.
• Assist field teams in identifying performance gaps and preparing action oriented summaries or reports for internal stakeholders.
• Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to prepare dashboards, presentations, and data driven insights.
• Work with Sales, Service, Finance, and Field Operations teams to support issue resolution and dealer development projects.
• Assist with preparation of presentations, analyses, meeting materials.
• Maintain network development trackers, SharePoint folders, and reporting tools with accuracy and detail.
• Prepare dealer correspondence and support internal communication regarding network changes, facility requirements, and program updates.
Education & Experience
• High School degree or GED
• Bachelors degree - Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in automotive, business operations, retail networks, franchise systems, or related analytical roles (internships included) preferred.
Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required:
Excel: pivot tables, lookup functions, basic modeling, data manipulation, and charting.
PowerPoint: creating presentations, visuals, and summaries.
Word & Outlook: professional communication and document formatting.
• Solid analytical ability with comfort reviewing data sets, performance metrics, and market information.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Meticulous with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
