Key Responsibilities

· Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements from key stakeholders.

· Analyze and document complex business processes, workflows, and system interactions.

· Develop and maintain detailed business process models and supporting documentation.

· Create comprehensive functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and new system implementations.

· Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and provide project status updates.

· Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, including the development of mitigation strategies.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

· Lead and support the development, testing, and implementation of new systems or system enhancements.

· Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior business analysts.

· Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of systems.

· Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of software applications and technology solutions.

Required Qualifications

· Strong expertise in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation

· Advanced knowledge of business analysis methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and SDLC

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex business scenarios

· Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

· Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and requirements review sessions

· Proficiency in business process modeling, workflow analysis, and documentation tools

· Experience with system implementation, UAT planning, execution, and defect management

· Ability to identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies

· Strong prioritization and decision-making skills

Pay Details: $68.89 per hour
