Job Title: Mechanical Technician, Nuclear

Responsibilites:
Execute mechanical assembly, disassembly, and repair of production equipment, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Conduct routine inspections and document equipment condition, identifying wear, defects, or non-conformances in accordance with quality standards (e.g., NQA-1).
Support equipment qualification and validation activities, including documentation and testing in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with Commercial Grade Dedication (EPRI NP-5652) and Equipment Qualification requirements, as applicable.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate degree in a mechanical or industrial field preferred.
Experience maintaining mechanical equipment in industrial environments such as power generation, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
Understanding of Commercial Grade Dedication (EPRI NP-5652) preferred.
Understanding of Equipment Qualification preferred.
