What You Will Do
As a Senior Materials Analyst at Centrus Energy, you’ll be the mastermind behind keeping our operations stocked, supplied, and stress-free. Think of yourself as the conductor of an invisible supply chain orchestra — making sure every part, tool, and material arrives exactly when and where it’s needed. You’ll track inventory like a detective, solve backorder mysteries, cut costs with smart strategies, and keep our MRP system humming. From anticipating needs before they happen to keeping government property properly tagged and traced, you’ll be the reason our teams can focus on powering the future instead of chasing missing parts.
We’d Love to Hear from People With:
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred but not required) plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex inventories.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems and inventory management practices.
Solid communication skills to collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and operations.
Ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” level security clearance.
A Successful Candidate Brings:
An active “Q” clearance.
Proven expertise in inventory optimization, material cost reduction, and vendor coordination.
Experience managing government-owned property, tooling traceability, and compliance processes.
A proactive mindset that sees potential material challenges before they become urgent.

This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance. Candidates for positions requiring a security clearance are required to be tested for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR 707.4 prior to an offer of employment being made. In addition, once employe, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
