Our client is seeking a Clean Room Production Associate to join their growing team in Oak Ridge, TN. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in attention to detail, teamwork, and maintaining high-quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Evening shift includes a $2.50 shift differential
Shifts Available
Day shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Evening shift: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform visual inspection, cleaning, labeling, and packaging of products in a clean room environment
Follow strict gowning and glove protocols to prevent contamination
Receive, stage, and prepare products for manufacturing processes
Maintain the cleanliness of tanks, walls, tables, and fixtures within the clean room
Accurately complete documentation and nonconformance reports as required
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent, or prior manufacturing experience in a clean room environment
At least six months of relevant work experience
Strong attention to detail with good manual dexterity
Ability to work with water and comfortably wear masks and gowns for extended periods
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
