?Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you may assemble, solder, and test electronic products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Full training is provided -- perfect for motivated individuals looking to start or grow a career in electronics.
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and neat work area
- Perform required department maintenance per Preventive Maintenance database
- Maintain yearly respirator use certification (as needed)
- Follow company and department safety policies and procedures
- Responsible for conformance to ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and requirements
- Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole techniques
- Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and assembly instructions to accurately build electronic assemblies
- Perform hand soldering and lead trimming tasks on various assemblies
- Log all defects found on data sheets
- Follow customer requirements
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and/or machining equipment to perform precise assembly tasks
- Perform electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and integration of programmable logic controllers as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
