Job Description
Join a leading manufacturer in the production of PCB/PCBA boards. Work in a dynamic environment with state-of-the-art machinery across three key areas: SMT, PTH Insertion Machine, and server assembly.
Responsibilities
Operate the SMT machine, loading and unloading PCB/PCBA boards and component reels, and ensuring smooth production line operation.
Transition boards from the SMT line to the PTH line, maintaining reel supply and ensuring solder paste is adequately filled.
Mount completed boards into server boxes, utilizing hand and power tools, and conduct pass/fail tests on the assembled products.
Document the movement of completed server boxes to designated areas.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in production, assembly, and machine operation.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Capability to pass a basic math test equivalent to 5th-grade level.
Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of work history in a related field.

Work Environment
Work in a recently built facility, maintained to high standards of cleanliness and lighting. The role requires wearing ESD smocks and heel straps. The work schedule is from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday, with optional overtime on weekends.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
