Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to keep our bakery equipment running at peak performance. Oversee the maintenance of high-speed packaging lines, mechanical systems, and robotic arms to ensure operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues while coordinating with OEMs for specialized maintenance. Monitor and report on KPIs such as equipment uptime, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Promote a collaborative work environment focused on zero loss and employee involvement.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills

Work Environment
The role offers an hourly pay of $33 - $43. The workplace encourages collaboration and focuses on achieving zero loss.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
Performance Bonuses $5,000 sign on bonus paid out monthly 3 weeks of vacation
