Technical Project Lead (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Technical Project Lead who thrives at the center of complex, technology‑driven product development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, visibility, and momentum to cross‑functional engineering efforts—without owning detailed requirements or design decisions.
You’ll lead system‑level projects that span hardware, embedded software, firmware, QA, manufacturing, and supply chain, ensuring teams stay aligned and deliver on time.
What You’ll Do
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical product programs
Build and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
Provide clear visibility into status, risks, and execution forecasts
Coordinate work across engineering, product, QA, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
Identify risks, gaps, and blockers early and escalate as needed
Support resource planning and track deliverables through development, test, and release
Ensure project decisions, documentation, and artifacts are captured and accessible
Coordinate internal training tied to new products and releases
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
5+ years of experience in technical or engineering project management
Strong experience managing new product development and stage‑gate processes
Expert with project management tools for schedules, dependencies, and risk tracking
Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross‑functional technical programs
Clear communicator with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, hardware‑centric environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $100.00/hr.
