Marketing Specialist\ \ Position Overview\ Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote a product, service, or brand. They work closely with other members of the marketing team, as well as with sales, product development, and other departments to achieve marketing goals.\ \ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build brand presence.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and traffic.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
• Design marketing materials and graphics for various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, using A/B testing to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on analytics and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content creation strategies.
• Proficiency in social media management and engagement tactics.
• Experience with graphic design tools and marketing automation software.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content.
• Manage Email Planner Board and Email Marketing Calendar
• Familiar with HTML email sending platforms like Eloqua, Salesforce, Hubspot, Mailchimp.
• Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement practices.
