Job Title: Machine Operator (Immediate Hiring)
Job Description
Operate a packaging machine within a facility that runs approximately 22 lines. Initially, you will be trained on 3 lines and progressively take on more responsibilities to operate additional lines. The role requires adherence to GMPs, SOPs, and FDA guidelines, along with computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
Operate and manage packaging machines effectively.
Train new packers assigned to the lines and provide them with performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with GMPs by all personnel.
Document all production runs and complete end-of-shift documentation.
Conduct and participate in safety training sessions.
Essential Skills
Experience with GMPs, SOPs, and FDA guidelines.
Proficient in computer use.
1-2 years of experience in filling or high-speed packaging machine operations.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
No training certificates or professional licenses required.
Experience in production, machine operation, and packaging is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
