We invite you to join the team at the Procter & Gamble Novomoskovsk plant as a Senior Specialist in raw materials and packaging planning, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of production. You will be responsible for organizing the entire process—from ordering raw materials and packaging in SAP to monitoring their timely delivery to the plant—working closely with purchasing, logistics, and production departments. Key responsibilities:
Planning requirements and placing orders for raw materials and packaging in the SAP system.
Monitoring timely delivery of materials from suppliers to ensure uninterrupted production.
Maintaining up-to-date master data, delivery schedules, and inventory levels in planning systems.
Collaborating with suppliers and related departments (purchasing, logistics, production planning) to coordinate deliveries.
Analyzing key performance indicators, preparing reports, and developing proposals to optimize supply chain processes.
Job Qualifications
Higher education (technical or economic background is preferred).
Experience with planning systems (knowledge of SAP is a plus).
Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data and prepare reports.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and related departments.
High level of self-organization, attention to detail, and proactive approach to process optimization.
English proficiency at intermediate level.
