POSITION SUMMARY:
* *LIPP America Tank Systems utilizes proprietary LIPP System construction methods to build double-fold tank assembly systems for storing liquid and gaseous substances. We are a growing and dynamic company with many growth opportunities for our employees. We are looking for a Construction Foreman to join our team. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
This position requires 100% Travel, with an average of 46 weeks per year on the road. The company provides lodging, transportation, and a per diem, as well as an opportunity to see and experience different locations across the United States. Breaks are provided for major holidays.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
- Adhere to Company Safety Standards, including correctly using machinery and equipment
- Shadow Construction Supervisor to learn Lipp construction processes
- Assist Construction Supervisor in overseeing daily job site operations and field crew
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
- Load or unload construction materials
- Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding
- Follow instructions from supervisors
- Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties
- Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary
- Desire and ability to learn and grow into the Construction Supervisor role
- Perform site clean-up
- Regular attendance at work
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required:

``` - - High School graduate, GED or equivalent - A valid driver's license - At least 3 years of trade experience (General Construction, Metal Work, Electrical, HVAC or Concrete) - Supervisor experience is preferred but not required - OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 - Ability to read blueprints - Experience using hand and power tools - Heavy Equipment experience -- telehandler, forklift, aerial lift; certification is preferred but not required - Welding experience is preferred but not required - Ability to work successfully as a team and independently with moderate supervision - Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:*
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to travel and is regularly required to talk, listen, or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers and handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl. On a regular basis, the employee is required to climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, or high structures and must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment usually varies with times of loud noise levels.
