Job Description Summary
As a Junior R&D Test Engineer, you will support testing and validation activities for new products and technical solutions within an accredited High Voltage laboratory.
The position is based in Noventa di Piave, where laboratory testing plays a key role in supporting product development, qualification, and compliance with internal standards and customer technical specifications.
Job Description
In this role, you will contribute to the preparation and execution of type tests, the analysis and reporting of test results, and the preparation of technical documentation to support product development and homologation activities. You will work closely with R&D engineers, laboratory teams, and other internal stakeholders to contribute to product qualification, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
By joining a laboratory accredited by Accredia according to ISO 17025, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a strong foundation in metrology and measurement best practices within a structured and highly technical environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Supporting the execution of accredited type tests in the internal laboratory.
Performing and witnessing type tests in the internal accredited laboratory.
Preparing test instructions and test procedures.
Collecting, analyzing, and reporting test results.
Supporting the resolution of non-conformities identified during testing activities.
Supporting the proper use and management of laboratory instrumentation in line with accredited laboratory practices.
Contributing to metrology-related activities, including measurement traceability and the evaluation of measurement uncertainty within testing processes.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires basic experience in the Engineering/Technology & R&D Systems Engineering. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
