Duties include all service performed in connection with the operation, management, conservation,\ improvement, or maintenance of the farm and its tools and equipment. May perform tasks related to\ the planting, cultivating, and processing of fruits, vegetable crops, and hay, including but not limited to\ driving, operating, adjusting, and maintaining farm machinery, preparing soil, planting, pruning,\ weeding, thinning, spraying irrigating, mowing, harvesting, grading, packing. Vegetable crops may\ include but are not limited to, Greens, Brassica, Root, Fruiting vegetables, and others such as corn,\ fennel and garlic. Fruit crops may include but are not limited to tree fruit, apples, plums, etc. May use\ hand tools such as shovel, pruning saw, hoes and ladders. May perform any combination of tasks\ related to the collecting of square baled hay, including gathering, lifting, stacking, loading/unloading\ bales from trailers (50lbs each). Hours of work may fluctuate week-to-week depending on tasks,\ crops, and weather. 2 months experience in duties listed required.\ 2 workers start around 4/1/26, 1 worker starts around 5/1/26\ 2 year tenure with company wage of \$19
