We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicatedResident Attendantto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and providing excellent care. As a Resident Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting their overall health and well-being, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Expected Schedule; Part-Time, 32 hours/week; 2:00pm- 10:00pm Thursday & Friday, 3:00pm- 11:00pm Saturday & Sunday
Essential Duties-
Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed
Administer medication according to physician orders and document accordingly
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents and their families
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the highest level of care for residents

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in eldercare or related field preferred
Medication Administration certification required
Home Health Aide or CNA certification or equivalent preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
