We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicatedResident Attendantto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and providing excellent care. As a Resident Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting their overall health and well-being, and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Expected Schedule; Part-Time, 32 hours/week; 2:00pm- 10:00pm Thursday & Friday, 3:00pm- 11:00pm Saturday & Sunday

Essential Duties-

  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed

  • Administer medication according to physician orders and document accordingly

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents

  • Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents and their families

  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the highest level of care for residents

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in eldercare or related field preferred

  • Medication Administration certification required

  • Home Health Aide or CNA certification or equivalent preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Compassionate and patient demeanor

  • Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
