About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead demand planning and support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and business objectives. In this role, you will develop and manage demand forecasts, drive forecast accuracy, and optimize inventory to support business growth and patient needs. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, you will leverage data, ERP systems such as SAP, and cross-functional insights to improve supply chain performance, mitigate risks, and deliver reliable product availability. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and deliver a 36-month demand forecast, using statistical models and analyzing demand patterns. Develop and deliver the Value Stream demand forecast in alignment with Global strategy.

  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Lead the Global Demand Review step, ensuring execution of IBP strategies and decisions across functions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial/Marketing leaders, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to align on forecasts and strategies.

  • Performance & Metrics: Monitor demand planning KPIs, drive process improvements, and enhance forecast accuracy.

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and support product cost management.

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and issues.

  • Leadership: Act as a planning expert, provide thought leadership, and influence cross-functional decisions.

  • Project and COE: Lead process improvement and COE initiatives.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience with integrated ERP/planning systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP, Power BI).

  • Ability to lead and influence without formal authority in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Experience in regulated industries (like medical devices) is a plus

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$96,800 - $145,200
