About the Role
We are seeking a Product Development Program Management Specialist to support the successful execution of key programs within our Product Innovation team. In this role, you will partner with program leadership to coordinate daily activities, maintain program documentation and dashboards, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. You will help track timelines, manage risks and issues, and facilitate communication to keep initiatives moving forward. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving efficient, well-organized program execution.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Partner with the program leader to coordinate day-to-day program activities and ensure smooth execution.
Manage the release and maintenance of program design and project documentation in the Document Management System, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Maintain program dashboards for team collaboration and leadership review.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including agendas, materials, and action item tracking.
Monitor program timelines, milestones, and deliverables; follow up with stakeholders to maintain progress.
Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and escalate issues as needed.
Support risk and issue tracking, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Maintain program risk register, ensuring all risks and issues are accurately documented, regularly updated, and tracked to resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of program management initiatives within the Product Innovation group for processes and tools.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree required and minimum of 2 years of relevant project management and/or document management experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience.
Nice to Have:
Strong analytical/problem solving skills in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and non-verbal; expert active listening skills with a keen awareness for various messaging styles; and polished ability to tailor delivery to a broad range of audiences.
Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills, negotiating; managing change; goal setting; planning and organizing teamwork; ability to address difficult situations; conflict resolution; resource constraint and problem solving.
Prior work experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, aerospace, defense).
Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
A background in document management processing is highly desirable.
Experience across the entire product lifecycle.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$83,200.00 - $124,800.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
