Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will focus on the scheduling, maintenance, calibration, and preventative maintenance of production process equipment. Working closely with other technicians, you will ensure that equipment is consistently ready for use. You will oversee and execute maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our production equipment while troubleshooting complex issues in a cleanroom environment, adhering to all established SOPs.
Responsibilities
Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
Calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure readiness for use.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues.
Work collaboratively with technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Execute maintenance tasks in accordance with SOPs in a cleanroom environment.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in PLC and Allen systems.
Expertise in preventative and corrective maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot to the component level.
Conduct root cause analysis.
Utilize CMMS for maintenance management.
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical ladder diagrams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience in working in confined spaces and on ladders.
Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a cleanroom setting with a casual dress code, and shifts are structured as follows: A shift is from Sunday to Tuesday/Wednesday, 5 AM to 5:30 PM, and B shift is from Sunday to Tuesday/Wednesday, 5 PM to 5:30 AM.

This is a Contract position based out of Northridge, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
