About the Role
The Compensation & Equity Administrator is responsible for the administration, reporting, and operational support of global equity programs and HR processes. This role ensures accurate and timely equity reporting, supports employee inquiries, manages vendor coordination (e.g., Fidelity), and maintains compliance with regulatory and internal requirements across U.S. and international populations.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Provide first level support for compensation and equity queries from employees and managers
Provide administration support for Annuel Reward Planning as well as other compensation related programs such as Short Term Incentives (including OIP and SIP) and Long Term Incentives
Administer U.S. and international Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) processes, including: Enrollment reporting (semi-annual cycles: June and December)
Contribution audits (bi-weekly)
Change reporting (bi-weekly)
Disqualified disposition reporting (U.S. semi-annual; Puerto Rico quarterly)
Manage ESPP reporting cycles (January and July) and ensure accurate data delivery
Process employee data updates and reverse terminations within equity systems (e.g., Fidelity)
Partner with external vendors (e.g., Fidelity) to coordinate enrollments, awards, and ongoing program administration
Reporting
Prepare and distribute monthly international (OUS) payroll reporting by country for ESPP
Support global compliance reporting requirements in partnership with external advisors (e.g., Deloitte)
Maintain documentation in SharePoint for all related programs including keeping knowledge articles up to date
HR Operations & Employee Support
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries via shared mailbox; provide timely and accurate responses
Coordinate and deliver internal communications related to compensation and equity programs
Systems & Data Management
Maintain and manage SharePoint sites, folders, and access permissions for U.S. and international teams as directed by the Sr. Equity Manager
Maintain HR pages, communications, and FAQs to ensure up-to-date and accessible information
Reporting & Governance
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support compensation and equity programs
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Support audits and governance activities related to compensation and equity processes
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Nice To Have
Experience with equity platforms (e.g., Fidelity Stock Plan Services) preferred
Strong understanding of ESPP programs and equity compensation fundamentals
Experience supporting global (U.S. and OUS) populations

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72,000 - $108,000
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
