Sales Representative — Veterans Roofing NJVeterans Roofing NJ is a fast-growing, veteran-founded home improvement company serving South Jersey. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, and doors — and we are expanding aggressively. We are looking for hungry, coachable, self-motivated Sales Representatives to join our team and grow with us.What You Will DoYou will meet with homeowners, inspect their properties, present solutions, and close contracts for roofing, siding, windows, and doors. You will manage your own pipeline, work your territory, and be the face of Veterans Roofing NJ in your community. This is a full-cycle sales role — from first knock to signed contract.What We Are Looking ForWe are not looking for roofing experience. We are looking for the right person. If you have the drive to outwork everyone around you, the discipline to follow a proven system, and the coachability to take feedback and apply it immediately — we will teach you everything else. Prior sales experience is a plus but never a requirement. Veterans and non-veterans are equally encouraged to apply.What You Will EarnThis is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Your income is entirely in your hands. Our top performers earn well into six figures.
