Job Description
Process monthly payroll for Canada
Review payroll inputs (timesheets, salary changes, bonuses, deductions)
Partner with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to resolve issues
Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports
Respond to employee payroll and tax inquiries
Support audits and drive payroll process improvements

Skills and Requirements
2+ years European payroll experience
Hands-on payroll in Canada and LATAM
Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax, and statutory compliance
Experience with payroll systems (Oracle HCM, ADP Celergo, Oracle Finance, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills
Fluent in English; professional French and Spanish
High attention to detail and confidentiality Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, HR, or related)
Audit or compliance experience
Payroll process improvement or system implementation exposure
Additional European language skills
