Crate & Barrel Executive Administrative Assistant in Northbrook, Illinois

This Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative functions in support of the President of Crate & Barrel | Crate & Kids and will act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.

This is an on-site position based out of our Northbrook, IL office.

A day in the life as an Executive Assistant...

  • Arrange and coordinate logistics of complex domestic and international travel, and prepare detailed itineraries to assure accuracy

  • Manage complex calendars for executives and support keeping them on schedule

  • Create content for meetings, including agenda reports and presentations

  • Assist executives in the timely management of all communication

  • Act as a liaison to coordinate and resolve problems and issues related to administrative matters

  • Handle confidential information which would have an immediate major impact on the company operations, performance, or value, if shared beyond its intended audience

  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with associates and business contacts at all levels

We'd love to hear from you if you have...

  • 5+ years experience as an executive administrative assistant or senior executive assistant, including supporting at the C-suite level

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
