Crate & Barrel Executive Administrative Assistant in Northbrook, Illinois
This Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative functions in support of the President of Crate & Barrel | Crate & Kids and will act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
This is an on-site position based out of our Northbrook, IL office.
A day in the life as an Executive Assistant...
Arrange and coordinate logistics of complex domestic and international travel, and prepare detailed itineraries to assure accuracy
Manage complex calendars for executives and support keeping them on schedule
Create content for meetings, including agenda reports and presentations
Assist executives in the timely management of all communication
Act as a liaison to coordinate and resolve problems and issues related to administrative matters
Handle confidential information which would have an immediate major impact on the company operations, performance, or value, if shared beyond its intended audience
Communicate effectively and efficiently with associates and business contacts at all levels

5+ years experience as an executive administrative assistant or senior executive assistant, including supporting at the C-suite level
Proficiency with Google Workspace
