Job Title: EM Assembler
Job Description
Join a leading device manufacturer specializing in the production of stirrups, spinal support products, and orthopedic equipment. As an EM Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling these life-enhancing products using small hand tools.
Responsibilities
Assemble parts to produce sub-assemblies or finished goods.
Test finished products to ensure proper functionality.
Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools.
Follow quality documentation and control processes.
Essential Skills
Experience with hand tools and mechanical assembly.
Ability to read and follow schematics and work instructions.
Attention to detail in maintaining quality standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a cleanroom or general labor setting.
Familiarity with machine operation.

Work Environment
The workday starts at 6 AM and ends at 2:30 PM. You will work in a supportive warehouse environment with your own assembly station, standing for most of the day. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you will be part of a small team of about 10 individuals.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northborough, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
