Job Description: L3Harris is seeking a Sr Associate Procurement as it continues to develop and establish a foothold in the rapidly growing market space for Maritime Integration. This role is an integral member of the cross-functional team, responsible for supporting Subcontract acquisition activities from the proposal stage through Program award and execution. The acquisition value stream includes requirements definition, sourcing, negotiation and definitization, acceptance and subcontract close-out. Qualifications: Requires proficient knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Requires practical knowledge of job area. Bachelor?s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience. Experience writing, issuing, and negotiating RFPs, NDAs. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience in managing various types of small to mid-sized subcontracts, including hardware, software, complex services subcontracts, and follow-on/production subcontracts Lean Six Sigma experience Experience working in a matrixed organization Secret clearance preferred, but not required Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products Strong verbal and written communication skills SEE THE L3 HARRIS WEBSITE FOR MORE INFORMATION
