Thornes Marketplace Facility Staff - Night Shift in Northampton, Massachusetts
NORTHAMPTON Facility Staff - Night Shift 20-24 hrs per week and Sunday is required the other days are flexible Thornes Marketplace is looking to add to its facility staff. This is exclusively for our night shift and weekends. The Facility Staff member works to ensure the building is clean, attractive and well-maintained. This position will perform assigned cleaning, custodial, and service tasks related to operation of Thornes Marketplace. The employee will follow established routines and instructions, and sign off on a checklist provided daily. In addition to housekeeping and light maintenance duties, some ad hoc project support is required. The successful Staff member works daily to provide a positive environment for Thornes tenants and customers. NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED. Painting and/or maintenance experience preferred but not required. Competitive wages and benefit packages. Some responsibilities include but not limited to: Cleaning, custodial and light maintenance tasks Delivery of high-quality customer service to Thornes merchants, associates and public Ensure buildings common spaces and bathrooms are kept clean including handling unanticipated problems Proper handling of trespasses and accidents Assist in the clearing Thornes sidewalks of snow Participation in a positive and respectful work environment Ad hoc requests made by Supervisor and Management
