Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to play a critical role in a large‑scale technical refactor of our Salesforce platform. This is a foundational, highly technical initiative focused on eliminating long‑standing technical debt, modernizing our Salesforce data model, and enabling future capabilities across Salesforce clouds (including Loyalty Cloud).

Skills and Requirements
-7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
-Deep expertise in:
Apex, SOQL/SOSL
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce data modeling and schema design
Proven experience implementing or migrating to Person Accounts in complex Salesforce orgs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce object relationships, activities, sharing, and security models.
Experience working in environments with significant technical debt and legacy customizations.
Demonstrated ability to safely refactor production Salesforce systems with minimal disruption.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis skills. - Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud or other Salesforce industry clouds.
Background working alongside Technical BSAs and Technical PMs on platform initiatives.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and downstream system dependencies.
Experience supporting phased migrations
