Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a large‑scale Salesforce technical refactor initiative focused on eliminating technical debt, modernizing the Salesforce data model, and enabling future Salesforce platform capabilities (including Loyalty Cloud).
This is a deeply technical BSA role, not a traditional business‑requirements or feature‑delivery position. The work is foundational, platform‑oriented, and highly detail‑driven—focused on how Salesforce works, not on delivering new end‑user functionality or commercial outcomes.
This role will be central to ensuring clarity, alignment, and precision across a complex migration that includes a full transition to Person Accounts and extensive re‑linking of Salesforce objects and data relationships.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical BSA, with significant Salesforce exposure.
Strong hands‑on understanding of Salesforce:
Data models and object relationships
Standard vs custom objects
-Activities, sharing, and security models
Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce data migrations or major platform refactors.
Experience working in environments with significant technical debt and legacy Salesforce implementations. - Direct experience with Salesforce Person Accounts implementations or migrations.
Experience supporting Salesforce industry clouds (e.g., Loyalty Cloud).
Background working on platform or architecture‑first initiatives rather than feature delivery.
Experience partnering closely with QA teams on regression‑heavy programs.
