Job Summary:
Ability to troubleshoot and repair various Automation, assembly machines and Facility support equipment.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Performs preventative and predictive maintenance.
Manages Preventative Maintenance program on equipment independently.
Assist shift assembly employees as needed to ensure production requirements are met.
Assist with the performance of machine/associated equipment changeovers.
Responsible for generating and/or improving maintenance PM programs as well as identifying potential equipment problems and initiating improvement projects.
Performs troubleshooting and repair of all production equipment such as Automation, equipment Sealers, Presses and support equipment
Qualifications
Comprehensive understanding of Systems: Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electric, Mechanical, Controls/Automation
Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings and testing equipment.
