Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
This position is responsible for the assembly, testing, and inspection of a wide variety of electronic products. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude and intermediate manufacturing experience, and must be able to read, write, and speak English to understand work instructions and ensure safety.
Responsibilities
Assemble varied electronic products, consistently meeting quality standards.
Perform in-process and final assembly inspections and report potential defects to shift leader or manager.
Foster a high-performing team environment through daily communication with supervisor and colleagues in all manufacturing areas.
Work with the manufacturing team to meet production schedules, including overtime as required by production needs.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding potential product and assembly process improvements.
Comply with all company policies and programs, including those regarding ethics, conduct, safety, security, ISO, and continuous improvement.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Maintain compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.
Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent preferred
0-1 year experience required, 1+ years preferred
Ability to perform basic and routine repetitive mechanical assembly operations
Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds (assisted)
Ability to push/pull carts loaded with up to 50 pounds of material
Mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment
Ability to use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, and reach
Ability to use vision to read computer screen and printed materials
Ability to use close vision, color vision, and depth perception for extended periods

We specialize in customized detection and analysis solutions for OEMs, focusing on complex inspection, tracking, scanning, and documenting challenges in medical and advanced industrial markets. We incorporate RFID into the supply chain to improve medical device performance and inventory management. Our team of engineers collaborates extensively to design, manufacture, and implement solutions using machine vision, RFID, barcode, and color and light measurement technologies.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Syracuse, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
