Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
This position involves the assembly, testing, and inspection of a diverse range of electronic products. Candidates must possess mechanical aptitude, intermediate manufacturing experience, and the ability to read, write, and speak English for work instructions and safety purposes.
Responsibilities
Assemble varied electronic products, consistently meeting quality standards.
Perform in-process and final assembly inspections and report potential defects to shift leader or manager.
Foster a high-performing team environment through daily communication with supervisor and colleagues in all manufacturing areas.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to meet production schedules, including working overtime as required by production needs.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding potential product and assembly process improvements.
Comply with all company policies and programs, including those regarding ethics, conduct, safety, security, ISO, and continuous improvement.
Maintain compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.
Implement instructions from the quality/environmental management officer and occupational safety specialist.
Essential Skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Syracuse, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
