? General Laborer – Concrete Manufacturing (Tumbler Department)

We’re hiring dependable, hard‑working General Laborers to support our concrete manufacturing operation in the Tumbler Department . This is a fast‑paced, physically demanding role where your effort directly supports products used in homes, businesses, and major infrastructure projects .

? What You’ll Be Doing

• Stack concrete bricks onto pallets as they move along a half‑circle conveyor

• Maintain a steady pace to keep production flowing smoothly

• Stack bricks cleanly and securely for safe wrapping and shipment

• Assist with general material handling and pallet movement

• Work alongside forklift operators as pallets are moved for wrapping and shipping

• Follow all safety requirements, including PPE and respirator use

• Adapt to dusty conditions and changing temperatures while staying productive

• Collaborate with a small team (4–6 people) to meet daily production goals

• Support additional general labor tasks in a concrete manufacturing environment

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Ability to perform heavy, repetitive lifting throughout a full shift

• Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, or manufacturing environments

• Comfortable working around forklifts and material‑handling equipment

• Willingness to wear a respirator and follow all safety procedures

• Able to stay on your feet and work at a consistent pace

• Available for assigned shifts:

• Days: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Nights: 4:30 PM – 3:30 AM

• Monday–Friday

➕ Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Sit‑down forklift experience

• Experience in concrete, construction, brickwork, or pallet stacking

• Shipping/receiving or industrial material‑handling experience

• Comfort working in hot, cold, and dusty environments

? Work Environment

You’ll work inside a concrete manufacturing facility where bricks move along conveyors and are stacked for shipment. Conditions can be hot in summer, cold in winter , and dusty, with occasional wind. Safety is a top priority—required PPE includes steel metatarsal footwear, safety glasses, hard hat, high‑visibility vest, and a respirator (minimal facial hair required for proper fit).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Salt Lake, UT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
