Qualifications & Experience
About the Role ?
As a Retail Shift Lead, you’ll support the Retail Supervisor and Management team in the day-to-day operation of our retail locations. You’ll act as a leader on the floor, guiding team members, driving sales, and ensuring every guest interaction is filled with smiles and memorable moments.
You may also step in as Supervisor on Duty , helping oversee multiple departments to ensure smooth park operations.
What You’ll Be Doing ?
In this exciting role, you will:
?️ Support daily retail operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and fun
? Lead by example as a visible, engaging presence on the sales floor
? Deliver world-class guest service for families and young children
? Help drive revenue by maximizing per capita spending and transaction values
? Motivate, coach, and support team members during shifts
? Assist in achieving KPI targets and operational goals
? Support merchandising, stock control, and inventory processes
? Assist with onboarding and ongoing team training
? Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety
? Ensure all health, safety, and operational procedures are followed
? Step into Supervisor-on-Duty responsibilities as needed across departments
About You ?
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
✔ Previous retail and/or customer service experience (required)
✔ Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
✔ A fun, outgoing, and approachable personality
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
✔ Passion for working with children and families
✔ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
✔ High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
