Aerotek Entry Level Production Worker in NORTH READING, Massachusetts

Position Summary
Join a team responsible for building autonomous robotic systems on a fast‑paced production line. This role involves hands‑on mechanical work using a variety of tools, following detailed build instructions, and supporting general warehouse and material‑handling tasks as needed.
Primary Duties
Assemble robotic units and sub‑components using hand tools and power tools
Carry out basic functional checks and component‑level testing
Inspect parts and finished builds for quality and accuracy
Record inventory movement and maintain part counts
Assist with shipping, receiving, and other production‑floor activities
Qualifications & Capabilities
Experience using common hand and power tools
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
Comfortable following step‑by‑step instructions and documented procedures
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members
Able to pick up new tasks quickly and work independently when required
Work Schedule & Pay
Weekly pay structure
1st Shift – $20/hr: Monday–Friday, 6:15 AM–2:45 PM
2nd Shift – $20/hr: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NORTH READING, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
