Description
We are currently hiring for a Leasing Consultant to join a growing property management team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and leasing experience looking for a stable, long-term role.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities
Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries in a timely manner
Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move-in
Process applications, including screenings and background checks
Prepare lease agreements and coordinate lease signings
Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in the system
Follow up with leads and maintain strong conversion rates
Provide excellent customer service to current residents
Assist with lease renewals and resident communications
Coordinate with maintenance and management teams as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
2+ years of recent leasing, property management, or relevant customer-facing experience
Strong sales and closing skills with a customer-focused approach
Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Professional presentation and demeanor
Must be able to work on-site
Must be currently unemployed and available to start immediately
