Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Technical Accounting & Internal Audit Manager in our corporate office based in North Mankato, MN! Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates mustbe authorized towork in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Your Responsibilities: Serve as the U.S. GAAP subjectmatter expert, providing guidance on complex transactions and leading the preparation and review of technical accounting documentation. Oversee implementation of new accounting standards and ensure consistent adoption across business units. Coordinate and oversee all activities related to the annual audit. Lead operational audit engagements, including, control testing, process walkthroughs, and documentation. Familiarity with frameworks such as COSO and with processes related to internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR). Manage and mentor a team by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. You Must Have: BA/BS in Accounting 6+ years' experience in general accounting, financial reporting, internal audit, or external audit Public accounting or similar experience 2+ years of leadership experience Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to leadership We Would Also Prefer: CPA, CIA and/or MBA The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
