Aerotek Mechanical Assembler in North Mankato, Minnesota
Mechanically Inclined Work - 1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shifts!
Key Responsibilities
Prepare rotors, stators, and other components for resin treatment according to plant procedures.
Operate vacuum‑assisted resin equipment to ensure proper resin penetration and cycle completion.
Load components into industrial curing ovens, set temperature profiles, and monitor cycle times to meet specifications.
Inspect components after curing and remove excess epoxy to ensure proper surface readiness for paint or primer.
Follow all Plant Manufacturing Procedures (PMP) and Operational Method Sheets (OMS) to maintain consistency and quality.
Perform daily and weekly Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks.
Complete additional production duties within the job classification as needed.
Qualifications
Experience operating thermal‑processing or resin‑handling equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate process documentation.
Approximately 6,000 hours of experience is typically required to reach full proficiency.
Ability to work in hot environments and perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, and consistent PPE use.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $51126.00 - $65368.00/yr.
