Aerotek Mechanical Assembler in North Mankato, Minnesota

Mechanically Inclined Work - 1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shifts!

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare rotors, stators, and other components for resin treatment according to plant procedures.

  • Operate vacuum‑assisted resin equipment to ensure proper resin penetration and cycle completion.

  • Load components into industrial curing ovens, set temperature profiles, and monitor cycle times to meet specifications.

  • Inspect components after curing and remove excess epoxy to ensure proper surface readiness for paint or primer.

  • Follow all Plant Manufacturing Procedures (PMP) and Operational Method Sheets (OMS) to maintain consistency and quality.

  • Perform daily and weekly Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks.

  • Complete additional production duties within the job classification as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating thermal‑processing or resin‑handling equipment in a manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate process documentation.

  • Approximately 6,000 hours of experience is typically required to reach full proficiency.

  • Ability to work in hot environments and perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, and consistent PPE use.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $51126.00 - $65368.00/yr.
