Electromechanical Assembler A/B
Position Overview
We’re looking for an Electromechanical Assembler (A/B level) to support the build and final assembly of precision electromechanical products. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, comfort working with electrical components, and the ability to follow detailed technical documentation. You’ll work with a variety of tools and testing equipment to ensure products meet strict quality and performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and electrical components and complete final product builds
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
Determine assembly sequence when procedures are not fully defined
Fit, align, and secure components to tight tolerances
Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, soldering equipment, and measuring devices
Perform functional and diagnostic testing on assemblies
Complete required documentation for assembly, inspection, and testing
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following all EHS and 5S guidelines
Perform additional duties within the job classification as needed
Required Skills
Mechanical and electrical assembly experience
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Skilled use of hand tools, power tools, crimpers, and soldering equipment
Basic machine or test‑equipment operation
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Problem‑solving ability and familiarity with lean practices
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Technical training or an associate degree in electronics, mechatronics, or similar field preferred
Experience performing electromechanical testing, soldering, or crimping
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $51200.00 - $59425.00/yr.
