Position Overview
Wolfe House Movers is looking for a hardworking and dependable Laborer to assist with structural moving projects. This is hands-on, physically demanding work that takes place outdoors and on active job sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to learn and comfortable performing heavy manual labor as part of a team.
This position may require occasional overnight travel depending on project locations.
This is physically demanding work and requires reliability. Applicants must be ready to work hard and be part of a team that depends on each other every day.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Assist crew members with structural moving and lifting operations
Load, unload and move equipment and materials
Perform general labor tasks on active job sites
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely
Qualifications
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to perform physically demanding labor in outdoor conditions
Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Construction experience is preferred but not required
Willingness to learn specialized structural moving techniques
