Our goal is to offer each and every person around the world the best of beauty in terms of quality, efficacy, safety, sincerity, and responsibility to satisfy all beauty needs and desires in their infinite diversity.

We support over 36 brands across four L’Oréal divisions. We are consumer-oriented, and we act responsibly all along the value chain. Come join our dynamic team!
Mission & Objective The Inventory Supervisor is the guardian of stock integrity and operational flow for the site. Beyond simple oversight, this role is responsible for orchestrating the inventory team to achieve 100% stock accuracy, ensuring a "Safety First" culture, and utilizing advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate systemic waste. You will bridge the gap between physical floor operations and WMS data health to support L'Oréal’s agility and service level goals.
Strategic Pillars (S.Q.C.P. Leadership)
Safety (Zero Accident Culture): Lead by example in PPE compliance and PIT safety. Conduct regular behavioral safety audits and ensure the team is trained on LOTO and emergency protocols.
Quality (Stock Integrity): Drive a "Right First Time" mentality. Ensure 100% adherence to RTS and ADI procedures to maintain a "Wall-to-Wall" accuracy standard.
Cost (Financial Stewardship): Actively minimize inventory shrinkage and financial write-offs. Identify trends in discrepancies to reduce unnecessary adjustments.
Productivity (Operational Agility): Optimize labor allocation across shifts. Synchronize cycle counting with inbound/outbound flows to ensure zero operational bottlenecks.
- Core Responsibilities & Daily Cadence
Operational Leadership:
Labor Orchestration: Conduct shift-start huddles; assign zones based on volume and priority to ensure 100% slotting efficiency.
Tier 2 Integration: Represent the Inventory department in daily operational huddles, providing clear visibility on stock health, safety KPIs, and resource constraints.
Cycle Count Excellence: Manage the execution of the Daily Cycle Count program, ensuring 100% completion of the scheduled plan and immediate investigation of variances.
System Health & WMS Control:
Data Hygiene: Proactively resolve system exceptions including "Negative Inventory," "No Location" iLPNs/oLPNs, and aged virtual buckets.
Workflow Auditing: Generate and execute random daily audits of Put-Away and Replenishment activities to ensure process discipline.
Flow Optimization: Supervise the ADI and RTS flows to ensure returned or adjusted stock is ready for pick-faces with zero backlog.
- Advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Continuous Improvement
Discrepancy Investigation: Oversee all inventory adjustments. For any variance exceeding supervisor thresholds, perform a formal RCA.
Corrective Action: Categorize failures (Training, Process, or System) and implement sustainable solutions.
Standard Work Evolution: Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect "Best-in-Class" inventory practices.
- Periodic Strategic Routines
Weekly Accuracy Performance: Consolidate count data to report on Net and Absolute accuracy trends.
Monthly Site Coverage: Audit the monthly cycle count progress to ensure 100% site coverage is maintained per the annual fiscal plan.
Talent Development: Lead the onboarding and technical training for new hires, fostering a multi-skilled workforce capable of navigating complex WMS functions.
- Qualifications & Key Competencies
Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in WMS (Manhattan/SAP) and Excel. Ability to troubleshoot LPN-level data errors.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data trends and translate them into floor-level actions.
L'Oréal Competencies:
Innovator: Looks for ways to automate manual counting or auditing.
Strategist: Understands how inventory accuracy impacts the entire E2E Supply Chain.
People Leader: Capable of motivating a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
College degree preferred.
At least five years of experience in a distribution environment.
Proven leadership skills in a supervisory role.
