Additionally, the Dean will manage the public - private relationship with Baptist Health and St. Vincent Health for the occupational therapy assistant and radiography programs. The Dean will promote and ensure a student learning success environment that supports faculty in innovative and relevant teaching practices.rThe Dean directly supports planning, budgeting, evaluation, and development of existing and new programs, as well as facilitating coordination across academic disciplines to ensure student and program success. In this work, the Dean will work collaboratively with administrative personnel, department chairs, program directors, faculty, and colleagues across campus for program development, recruitment, and retention initiatives.
