Manpower Group Production Associate in North Java, New York
North Java, NY. Manpower Group. Production Associate. FT. Temp. $18.00- $24.00/Hour.
The Production Associate supports all aspects of custom wood door manufacturing, including assembly, finishing, and shipping. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and safe work practices in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble and finish custom wood doors from start to finish. Operate sanding, shaping, priming, and finishing equipment. Install hinges, hardware, and weather stripping. Perform surface repairs, staining, and painting as needed. Package and prepare finished doors for shipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Requirements: Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or woodworking. Ability to read shop drawings and use hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Willingness to learn & grow with the company.
